Roots Organic Gourmet is a manufacturer and purveyor of fine hummus and dips, proudly operating out of Asheville, North Carolina since 2006. Our eight flavors of garbanzo- and black bean-based hummus, three flavors of salsa, and our Tzatziki sauce are available throughout the Southeastern United States via Whole Foods, Earth Fare, Ingles, and dozens of indie grocery stores.
